Conference participants are encouraged to arrive early or stay late, and to bring spouses and children to explore the city. Victoria has much to see and offer, especially in the summer.
An accident insurance policy under the convention’s coverage will be in place to cover delegates and visitors during the National Worship Conference from July 16–19, 2018. Travel health insurance and trip cancellation are not covered.
Traveling by Air

Once You Arrive
Transportation from Vancouver International Airport, Victoria International Airport or the BC Ferries Swartz Bay Terminal is to be arranged individually.
From Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal
Public transportation from the ferry terminal is economical but expect the trip to take a little over an hour. See www.bctransit.com for fare and route information.
- Drive off the ferry and continue south on Highway 17 (this becomes Blanshard Street)
- *After approx. 32km, you will arrive in downtown Victoria
- To continue to Christ Church Cathedral:
- Turn right on Broughton Street.
- Continue to Quadra Street – you will see the cathedral ahead of you.

To continue to the Inn at Laurel Point:
- Blanshard Street turns right and becomes Belleville Street
- Take a slight left onto Pendray Street
- After one block, turn Right onto Quebec Street
- After one block, turn Right onto Montreal Street
- You will find the Inn at Laurel Point on the left
From Victoria International Airport
Public transportation from Victoria Airport (YYJ) is economical but expect the trip to take a little over an hour. See www.bctransit.com for fare and route information.
For an airport shuttle from YYJ to downtown Victoria, see yyjairportshuttle.com
From downtown, it’s just a short walk or taxi ride to either the Inn at Laurel Point or the cathedral.
An individual one-way cab fare from YYJ to the Inn at Laurel Point is approximately $65 to $80.
From Vancouver Airport

The BC Connector offers a bus directly from YVR (and other downtown Vancouver locations) to downtown Victoria. Book your ticket at bcfconnector.com.
