Registration Fees

The Conference registration fee is $300 if submitted and paid by April 30, 2012 and $375 after. Payments must be made by cheque only, made out to ‘ELCIC National Worship Conference’.

Registration fee includes all plenaries, workshops, conference worship services, refreshment breaks and meals.

Registration does not include accommodations.

If you live in a country that requires a Visa in order to come to Canada, please note that NO letters of invitation will be provided for this conference. For a list of those countries for which a Visa is required to enter Canada, please go to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/ visit/visas.asp

Cancellations

All cancellations prior to June 1, 2012 are subject to an administration fee of $50. No refunds will be given after June 1, 2012, however, substitute participants will be accepted. Registrations will not be processed without full payment.
